[link] I blatantly ripped off these babies and am trying to credit the "inspiration", but i did see them and think that I HAD to make them so voila. bead shops are utterly utterly utterly delightful happy places even if the owner did look pissed off when she had to show me where the delica beads were. The earrings themselves turned out to be a bit of a PITA to get used to making (12 hours in total), but i got there in the end! used a tutorial to learn how to do brick stitch [link] yes my camera is crap, when there's too much light (ie. flash) it blurs WTF don't cameras love and embrace very bright light? i had to wait for morning light to get a decent picture.

so happy with the end result! made for my friend's 18th. hmm i need to get drawing again.
